Went to the new D-300s D-Movie site. Noticed that in the still grabs of the LCD screen in Movie mode the aperture/shutter settings are listed at the bottom as well. Just that information alone would be a significant step up from the D90.

Hey Stu great job! I guess the markII is really growing on you (the footage looked amazing, as did the grade.) Hopefully some day you can put together a 'how to get the flattest image out of your 5D' article; you mentioned it in the interview, but you didn't elaborate... It'd be nice to be able to apply the most objectively "neutral" settings out of the box without having to test/second guess myself (If I ever eventually get one.)

Oh, kind of an off-topic question, but do you happen to know what wireless lav mics the fxguide guys use? I couldn't tell if the one strapped to you was wireless or not, but there are other sections in the video where they clearly were and the audio was more than amicable.
