The Photographer’s Right

Oh, I love this. A downloadable PDF outlining your rights as a photographer in public places. There have been at least three times in the last few months that I really could have used this.

DV Rebels, download it, print a few, and stash them in your camera bag.

Great read. This obviously doesn't include videography, Am I correct?
Just want to know my rights. :-)

Whoa, how weird! I just listened to you on TWiM and came to check out your blog. I just grabbed this same doc earlier today because our subway system in Boston (MBTA) has decided that they don't want to allow photography on their (public) property. The ACLU is ready to step in on our behalf, but I wanted to have a look into my rights and found the same site.

Anywho, 1) I'm buying your book and 2) I really hope you do TWiM again. Great episode!
