Soon this blog will break

And soon after that it will be fixed.

I've been messing around with Squarespace, and I think I like it. When I move this blog over to it, a few things will happen:

  • The blog will get a little prettier
  • Some things will become slightly more awesome
  • Some things will become slightly less awesome
  • External links to specific posts will break (but will be redirected to a site directory with a search field)

ProLost.com has always redirected here to prolost.blogspot.com, but soon ProLost.com will be the one and only address for this site, as FSM has always intended.

Looks good. Like it over here.

And first of all it's about your writing, which will not change that much I think ;-)

Just wanted to let you know when you do transition over to whatever platform you do choose, you will want to redirect all your links, and i mean ALL your links to the new site. This will help you preserve your google ranking and what not. I had to painstakingly do it for all 500 posts on our site. It really sucked but had to.
Most blog systems will import all your posts from previous blog, but more than likely the URL structure will not be identical. Just wanted to give u a heads up!
