Facebook just bought Instagram for $1 billion. A lot of Instagram users are worried about what will become of the service they love.

The free service that they somehow thought would never go away or change. I guess they never read this article.

Step. 1: create a social network with above-average photo effects
Step. 2: sell it to Facebook, the ad/tracking fellows (a.k.a. people with money) for 1 billion.
Step 3: buy Stu's and Red Giant's partnership, build Plastic Bullet again, but with upload-to-Plastic.am feature. sell in-app purchases (Cosmo filter $4.99 - essential for portraits). sell subscriptions (think Instagram).
Step 4: The world is a better place.
